Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan through [COURIER PARTNERS — confirm names].

International delivery: [CONFIRM — either “we do not ship outside Pakistan at present” or list the countries and the charges]. This must be decided before launch: international customers will find the store and will ask.

2. Dispatch

Orders placed before [CUT-OFF TIME — recommend 3:00 PM PKT] on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off, on a Sunday, or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
During a new fragrance launch or a national sale period, dispatch may take an extra [BUSY PERIOD DELAY — recommend 1 to 2] working days.
We will say so on the website when it happens.

3. Delivery estimates

These are estimates after dispatch, not guarantees. Weather, road closures and courier load all affect them.

Karachi — [1 to 2] working days
Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar — [2 to 4] working days
Other cities and towns — [3 to 6] working days
Remote or rural addresses — [5 to 8] working days

If your parcel has not arrived within [DELAY THRESHOLD — recommend 2] working days of the estimate, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase the courier for you.

4. Charges

Free delivery on all orders above PKR 5,000.
Orders below PKR 5,000 — flat delivery charge of PKR [AMOUNT].
Cash on delivery fee: PKR [AMOUNT, or “none”].

Any charge is shown in the cart before you confirm the order. We do not add charges afterwards.

5. Cash on delivery

Available in [CITIES OR “all serviceable areas”].
Order value limit: PKR [MAXIMUM COD ORDER VALUE, or “none”].
Please have the exact amount ready. Couriers may not carry change.
If you refuse a cash on delivery parcel without contacting us, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.

6. Tracking your order

When your parcel is dispatched you receive [AN SMS, AN EMAIL, OR A WHATSAPP MESSAGE — confirm which] with a tracking number and the courier’s tracking link. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check it for you.

7. Failed deliveries

The courier will attempt delivery [NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS — recommend 2] times.
After that, the parcel returns to us.
If you still want it, we will re-dispatch it once you pay the delivery charge again.
If you no longer want it, we refund the price of the fragrance once the parcel reaches us. The original delivery charge is not refunded in this case.

8. Damaged or tampered parcels

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or has been opened in transit, refuse the parcel if you can, or accept it and tell us within [REPORTING WINDOW — recommend 48] hours with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. See our Refund Policy.

9. Changing your address after ordering

We can change a delivery address before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp immediately. Once the parcel is with the courier, an address change is usually not possible.

10. Delays outside our control

Public holidays, strikes, flooding, extreme weather and courier disruptions can delay a parcel. We will keep you informed and chase it, but we cannot guarantee a date when these conditions apply.

Before you publish

The free-delivery threshold of PKR 5,000 is already live in your announcement bar, so it is fixed. Everything else here is bracketed. Your delivery estimates should come from your courier’s actual published times, not from optimism — a missed estimate costs a customer, a padded estimate costs an order.
